REGINALD LAWS was born in New Jersey on October 4, 1921. He attended high school for three years prior to being inducted into the United States Army. He entered service on October 30, 1942 at Camden, New Jersey. After serving in the United States Army, he was appointed to the Camden Fire Department in May of 1957. He served the City for over 25 years before retiring on July 1, 1982. City Directories from 1940 and 1943 list Reginald Laws at 741 Cherry Street. By 1957 Reginald Laws and family were living at 1453 Bradley Avenue in Parkside. He was still at that address as late as 2002. Reginald Laws passed away on September 24, 2013 at the age of 91. He was survived by three children, five grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends. |
