Private First Class Braddock was a member of the 89th Tank Battalion, 25th Infantry Division. He was seriously wounded while fighting the enemy in South Korea on September 15, 1950 and died of those wounds later that day.
Private First Class Braddock was awarded the Purple Heart posthumously.
