Hey!!!! Throw the ball!!!! What do you mean, you don't have a ball? Then why are you here???? Don't you know that if you come to the Dog Park, you are supposed to play with ME! Gee whiz, what does a girl have to do to get a ball thrown around here, anyhow?

Well, I know you're ONLY HUMAN, so I'll forgive you this time. My name is Gigi and I have this thing about balls.... any size ball, from a golf ball to a basketball. I've never come across anything bigger, but when I do, one of my humans will let you know about it!

Today my boyfriend Dominic the Border Collie and I came to the dog park in separate cars. Usually we come together, but I wanted to concentrate on tennis balls without interruption, so Dominic and his photographer Phil went ahead. Our other human, Livia, brought me a bit later... I had the whole small side to myself, with lots of nice mud... more about that later. After Dominic finished visiting his friends on the big dog side, he came over to watch me... after all, he is MY boyfriend!

This is our first photo expedition of 2009. Enjoy the pictures of me and my friends... click on the pictures to see us enlarged and close up..... and remember, if you want to have as much fun as I'm obviously having.... adopt a dog!

Looking up from the Dog Park - Another Beautiful Sight

A question that many people have asked... and many others should ask... is "What can I do to help my country in this time of war. The answer is in the link below. This program was started by the operator of the animal information site www.netpets.org, shortly after the 9/11 terror attacks, after learning of thousands of pets put to sleep during the first Gulf War because service men and women had nowhere to board them.

STEP UP AND DO YOU PART FOR AMERICA!
