Toal

JOHN J. TOAL was born in Pennsylvania on October 28, 1902. He joined the Camden Police department on May 8, 1928 and was still serving as late as 1947. 

When the 1930 Census was taken, John Toal was living with his wife Mary at 1115 North 31st Street in the Cramer Hill section of Camden. By 1947 Mr. and Mrs. Toal had moved to 902 North 23rd Street. By 1956 he had moved to Pine Hill NJ, where he resided through at least the fall of 1959.

It appears that John J. and Mary Toal moved to Broward County FL in their later years. John J. Toal passed away on August 5, 1971. Mary Toal joined him in July of 1973.
